Job Description:

Role: Associate Manager - BPO Process Training

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Training function through team of trainers & Sr. Trainers.
- Planning & Managing New Hire Training batches for the process.
- Manage Throughput and new hire performance (0-30 day)
- Planning Refresher Training
- Conduct Calibration exercises for the team
- Conduct trainer observations
- Training Team Skill Development
- Analyze and identify training needs to meet process objectives;
- Designing and developing the training modules (Content Development)
- Planning and assessment of training sessions
- Provide timely feedback on all training and instructional design to the trainers
- Review and monitor all account training activities by trainers.
- Participate in reviewing the training SOPs and updating the same.
- Training MIS, Reviews like MBRs, QBRs and internal reviews
- Client interaction.

Industry: Domestic BPO (Telecom process)
Job Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
BPO Experience Mandatory

Interview Dates: 9th Feb to 17th Feb (Except Saturday & Sunday)

Desired Candidate Profile:

PG - Any Postgraduate, Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
