Job Description:

- Inside Sales Representative
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, chat and email
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Update CRM with Setup Tracking and Sales Opportunities
- Implementing Customers on Business Hangouts to their satisfaction
- Brief Product Demonstrations
- Identifying Sales Opportunities and Upselling
- Demonstrates good judgement in analyzing information to make routine decisions.
- Follows up with occasional outbound calls.

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A. + unlimited incentives + AC cabs (pick & drop)

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Open to work 24*7 shifts
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Zoho or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
