Job Description


Designation : Support Associate Central Helpdesk

- To respond to Emails received on Company's Centralized Email Id.
- To respond to telephonic queries related to No Show passengers, Portal, eServices, E Ticketing, Mobile, Risk Management etc.
- Action back end query for Unsuccessful web transactions, Refunds, Reissues, Online Upgrade.
- Provide regular updates to e-Commerce team on customer feedback.
- Active support in case of crisis.

Salary: Rs 5,50,000 to 6,50,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile


- The applicant should be a graduate with a minimum exp. of 2 years in any Airline/ Travel Agency / BPOs./Travel Consultant
- Applicant should possess excellent communication (written and spoken) skills
- The applicant should be well versed in Sabre Reservations and E-ticketing.
- The job requires the applicant to work in shifts, including night shifts.

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
