Executive / Assistant Manager - Branch Operations Officer in Piramal Enterprises Mumbai

Job Description


Application collection, application verification, 1st level document-based KYC verification/check and document authentication & adequacy check for both credit and disbursement stages.
Raise queries and follow up with sales to close discrepancies in documentation.
Banking of PF cheques and periodic MIS generation related to the status of banked cheques.
Follow up, collection and dispatch of transnational documents along with maintenance of relevant MIS to the processing hub.
Collect post sanction and post disbursement documentation as per checklists and ensure adequacy.
Printing and handover of payout cheques along with collection of relevant documents at the branch.
Handling basic customer service requests in case of branch walk-ins with the support of call center.
Coordinating with sales, operations, credit and customer service departments in order to ensure a satisfactory and a time bound lending to the customer.
Maintain MIS/ reports as necessary.
