Job Description:

- Ensuring identification, prioritization & development of New Business BPO / ITES Services.
- To ensure to achieving & exceeding sales targets in both revenues & gross margins
- Creating a strategy framework for the companys activities in the concerned vertical.
- Creating & ensuring closure of New Business for the company.
- Managing the full corporate life cycle from initial unqualified inquiry, quotation, evaluation, and support issues, commercials, price negotiations
- Ensuring a personal sales pipeline.
- Adherence to sales processes & methodologies and ensure timely & accurate data input in the customer & prospect database.
- Should be well versed in areas of technology especially, business process design, gap analysis & solution architecture
- Develops strategic business relationships with key decision makers including executive management. Builds relationships while positioning company for future prospects.
- Ensuring conversion of prospects to clients by demonstrating NITES capabilities to serve them better.
- Selling NITES back office services to various potential clients in different segments specially mortgage, insurance & logistics in the international market and domestic market
