Job Description

- Plan and manage with OEM accounts business growth plans with products and advanced technologies that company offers.
- Manage commercial profitability during the life cycle with customer programs.
- Lead the business development for a specific opportunity and commercial negotiation with customer organizations.
- Lead a cross functional team on the opportunity development to develop a compelling techno-commercial proposal for customers.
- Is responsible for managing strong relationship within the customer organization and our organization.

Salary: Rs. 11,00,000 - 16,00,000 P.A.

- Effective in interpersonal skills and strong in usage of both direct and in-direct tools of communication.

- Should be pleasant to make strong interpersonal business engagements with customer.
- Need to have skills to work with global teams to achieve the shared objectives.
- Desirable to know any European languages.
