Job Description


As a Kiosk Manager, incumbent would be responsible to penetrate in the pilgrimage cities to increase the sales of the hotels through offline channels. This role is on the third part payroll.

Job Description:
Handling walk-in customers and counter sales of hotel in the assigned territory.
Maintaining key accounts (Hotels in the respective market) by identifying opportunities for growth through competitive analysis, ensuring inventory levels and rate competitiveness.
Increase customer satisfaction by monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance.
Establish and maintain supplier relationships, train partner hotels on our extranet and initiate annual contract renewal process for larger accounts.
