Job Description


Responsible for the management of facility and administration services and processes that support the core business in Chennai, India. Responsible for both strategic planning on day-to-day operations and future developments in line with business objectives

Responsibilities:

Facilities Team management: Making sure the team members are all working cohesively and effectively
Mechanical & Electrical: Boilers, air conditioning, water services, electrical installations
Security: Guarding, CCTV, Alarms and general administration
Responding to emergencies and critical issues as they arise
Health and safety
Cleaning services: waste disposal, window washing, carpet cleaning, painting and maintenance
Space planning and relocation
Utilities: Kitchens and toilets
Ensuring all facilities meet government regulations, environmental, health and security standards
Coordinate and collaborate with teams and staff outside suppliers, cleaning and maintenance, landlord and runners
Contract assessments negotiation and reviews
Insuring that all key performance indicators and service level agreements (KPI) have been satisfied
Safety checks
Hospitality and catering: Internal parties, client lunches and staff parties
Staff transportation
Shift Rotation Planning (in conjunction with operations leads)
Vendor Management
